EMULATOR OF ANALYSIS OF BOMBSHELTERS

Abstract

Prompt growth of quantity of the atomic power stations chemically dangerous, the explosive enterprises and the weapon of mass defeat results in infringement of ecology of an environment, therefore the priority problem costs creation of safe conditions for protection of the population in case of occurrence of extreme situations. On the first place there should be an opportunity of shelter of the population in special protective constructions which meet to necessary conditions for time or their long stay. The need for protective constructions is defined on set of properties which are necessary for protection and residing of the population.

The bombproof shelter should meet to all standards of check, and also should be certificated, proceeding from necessity of shelter of all workers and employees in a place of their work or on a residence, all idle population - on a residence, and also maintenance of shelter of the population of cities in places of a possible congestion of people at evacuation and protection of formations of divisions GO and Extreme situations at conducting salvage operations. Also, bombproof shelters should have rational accommodation of all objects in premises.

In the course of development, the program allows to perform security analysis of the bomb shelter according to the specified parameters. In order to properly evaluate the security risks, you need to know and enter correctly all the necessary information that is specified in the program. The result of this work is that the user can always check the reliability of a given bomb shelter and assess their chances of survival in emergencies. The developed software allows to reach the minimum level of risk, since it is impossible to reach zero level of risk, ie absolute safety, today.
