To publish an article in Scientific bulletin of the Tavria State Agrotechnological University vol. 15, no. 1 (2025), it is necessary to take the following steps until March 26, 2025:

  1. fill in an application form (at the link)
  2. send to nvisnyktdau@gmail.com: 
    - an original article meeting all the requirements;
    - a review of an article by a specialist in this field or an extract from the protocol of a department meeting on the recommendation of an article for publication;
    - payment confirmation (bank details are sent after the article has been accepted for publication). 

Academic integrity

The editorial staff carries out anonymous peer-reviews of articles and checks for plagiarism. All papers are subject to plagiarism check using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

The electronic journal will be available on the website until June 15, 2025.

The publication fee is 1000 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is paid additionally (40 UAH).

The publication fee covers the costs associated with peer review, article editing and proofreading, page planning, and publication of the journal’s electronic version.

Formatting requirements

  1. Article text is in doc, (docx) format, Times New Roman, full justification. Line spacing – 1.5. Font size – 14 pt. Margins: top – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm, left - 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm. Pages are not numbered. Paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm.
  2. On the first page, the UDC index is indicated in the upper left corner, block paragraph. On the left, block paragraph, there are authors’ initials and surnames, as well as their degree, academic rank, and ORCID. The next line, the name of the higher education institution and country (if the author is a foreigner) are in italics. The next line, there is e-mail. The article’s title should be centered after one empty line.
  3. Abstract with keywords in the publication’s language (600-1000 characters with spaces, including keywords).
  4. Article text following the structure:

Problem statement. The problem is formulated in general terms, incl. its connection with important scientific or practical tasks.

Analysis of recent research. An analysis of recent research and publications that initiated the solution of the relevant problem the author relies on, highlighting previously unresolved parts of the general problem the article is devoted to (with the obligatory reference to information sources used in the analysis).

Purpose statement (task statement). The research goals and objectives discussed in the article are formulated.

Basic text. Presentation of the main research material with full justification of research findings. The authors may add sections related to a more thorough consideration of the research methodology, experiment planning, data analysis, and discussion (tables, formulas, or diagrams are required).

Conclusions. Conclusions and prospects for further research are formulated.

  2. The date of receipt of the author’s manuscript by the editorial office “The article was received by the editorial office...”.
  3. An abstract with keywords in English, incl. article title, author’s surname, and affiliation.

If the article is in English, the information in English is first, and then in Ukrainian.

Please, use Microsoft Equations for formulas.

All graphic materials (sketches, diagrams, graphs, charts, diagrams, photographs, drawings, etc.) should have the same caption “Fig.”. The figure should be placed after the text where it is first referred to or as close to it as possible on the next page. Figures are numbered with Arabic numerals, for example: Fig. 1. Caption. Refer to the figure in brackets, for example (Fig. 1) or in the text, for example “...as shown in Fig. 2”. If the figures were borrowed, the relevant reference should be made following the current legislation of Ukraine on copyright. Charts, graphs, diagrams, and figures should be in black and white. It is allowed using Microsoft Excel charts and graphs in black gradient. The maximum width of the figure should not exceed 160 mm. When preparing scanned images in graphic editors (e.g., Adobe Photoshop), scan the image with a resolution of 300-600 dpi (dots per inch). It is also advisable to remove all text elements of the image. Save the ready-to-use image in *.jpg or *.tiff formats. Figure captions, numbers, and titles of scanned figures should be written in Microsoft Word, not scanned with the figure.

The table should be placed after the text it is first referred to or on the next page. Each table should be referenced in the text with its number. Tables are numbered in Arabic numerals. The number and title of the table are indicated once with a paragraph indent.

Bibliography should be drawn up following the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302:2015. The list should contain at least 10 items. If the source has a DOI, it must be indicated. References to foreign literary sources (or publications) should be 40-50%. Self-citation should not exceed 20%. It is not recommended to refer to literary sources that are more than 15 years old from the date of submission of the article.

Prohibition against using the aggressor state’s scholarly papers:

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list Russian-language papers published in any country, including papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

No more than five authors are allowed for an article.

No more than one individual article by one author may be published in an issue, and several articles may be co-authored.

Materials that violate the requirements for academic integrity, formatting requirements, or have significant grammatical and spelling errors will be returned to the authors for editing. The editors reserve the right to correct articles based on the convenience of layout.
