Abstract

Electric motor repair is divided into several stages. Each of the stages must be strictly observed according to the execution procedure. Violation of any operations during the repair of an electric motor can lead to a malfunction of the equipment, improper performance of its functional tasks, etc. In addition, violations of the norms of repair work may entail danger for personnel and for the power supply system of a separate structure, where the power supply is connected to the general network. This work presents the technology of repairing electric motors for various purposes in laboratory and home conditions. As an example, an electric motor with a power of 0.75 kW with a long-term operating mode, used in a pumping station in relatively difficult conditions - constant contact with moisture, was chosen. The presented technology is effective for carrying out operations on the repair of electric motors without excessive costs for carrying out each separate operation, for example, in different places. All operations are maintained in terms of accuracy, quality and safety for personnel. The sequence of stages of the repair of the electric motor in home or laboratory conditions with appropriate photo-fixation of the processes is determined. It is worth noting the relative ease of repairing electrical equipment using this technology. The main stages indicated in the work determine the full cycle of repairing an electric motor from its disassembly to checking the windings for integrity and correct connection, as well as checking the motor's performance in laboratory conditions. Subsequently, the restored electric motor is able to function as before and perform all its direct tasks.
