ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MECHANISM ENTERPRISES IN RURAL AREAS
Abstract
The article examines the determinants of entrepreneurship development in rural areas of Ukraine. A set of measures covering active processes of ensuring a stable level of entrepreneurial activity of subjects in rural areas is substantiated. The directions of reproduction of the organizational and economic mechanism of the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas, which characterizes the economic and social component of the growth of entrepreneurial business, cover the processes of ensuring a stable level of entrepreneurial activity of subjects, have been determined. The social and economic component of the organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship development in rural areas is presented. The types of business processes in the economic component of the organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship development in rural areas are characterized. The system-forming values of business entities in the integrated formation of active business processes are determined. Grounded socio-economic determinants of change in the environment of the functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship development in rural areas. The specific conditions of differentiation of the environment of functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship in rural areas are presented. The method of calculating the integral indicator, which includes the assessment of resource, cost, marketing and financial components of the organizational and economic mechanism of the development of entrepreneurship in rural areas, has been tested. Indices of sales turnover efficiency, innovation costs and market coverage opportunities were determined. The growth of the determining influence of active business processes in the organizational and economic mechanism of entrepreneurship development is aimed at increasing the amount of resource provision of rural areas, taking into account the stimulating and disincentive factors of economic security and social responsibility.
