STRATEGIC ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES AS AN ELEMENT OF MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Abstract. The article deals with the provisions that a modern enterprise works in conditions of ever-changing external and internal environment. Under these harsh conditions, the manager must answer an important question, which is as follows: how an enterprise can resist change and improve in the conditions of the changes that arise unpredictable. Any changes will be impossible in an organization if: no need for improvement; no awareness of the need for improvement; no Understanding the benefits and values resulting from improvements; no opportunities for implementing improvements; no information and not worked out forms of communication for improvement; no engagement of employees and employees in the improvement of the current state of affairs; incorrectly selected time to implement improvements, etc. All this requires an immediate response from the leaders enterprises. The focus is on the fact that enterprises that take into account the processes of the dynamics of the environment, have significant benefits. Management of changes in this is not so much in the application of certain "methods" and "techniques", as in art to take the necessary actions at the right time. Strategic the process of change is aimed at obtaining a "sustainable effect" adaptive synergy", that is, the mutual reinforcement of effects, occurring both in the organization and in the environment. At that "Development strategy" is transformed into a strategy of continuous improvements. The criteria of success of organizational changes are determined, representing the actual program for their implementation. Problems of measuring the effectiveness of changes in the general form are generally perceived through the prism of short-term goals.
