Abstract

Abstract. Introduction. The article explores theoretical and practical aspects of the development of modern forms of animation. It is noted that one of the peculiarities of the functioning of the post-industrial economy is the dialectical combination of the availability of the global information space and the realization of the individual capabilities of each individual to influence its filling. It is proved that blogging activity has deep socio-cultural roots, since each civilization is characterized by the presence of personalities, whose functions include interactive interaction with certain sections of society. The article points to the need to study the prospects of blogging as a specific kind of animation, taking into account the social functions and competencies of the persons concerned.
The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of blogging as a specific form of information services and a means of interactive functioning. Results. According to the research, the objective nature of the emergence and development of blogging was proved as one of the consequences of the formation of a post-industrial institutional model.
The influence of the post-industrial information economy model on the nature of service sector formation is substantiated. The evolutionary essence of blogging activity as a component of modern socio-economic environment is highlighted. The animation components of the blogger's activity in accordance with the proper professional competencies are analyzed. The necessity of expanding the list of professional skills of the animator by incorporating blogger skills is substantiated.
Conclusions. The basic role of the post-industrial economic model in the process of forming the market of the service sector is substantiated. The evolutionary nature of blogging activity as a component of modern socio-economic environment is investigated. The considerable potential of blogging as a form of economically justified self-realization for all segments of the population has been proved. The necessity of the special importance of optimization of the personnel support system of the tourist business system, in particular in the sphere of animation activity, is substantiated.
