Abstract

Abstract. Problem statement: The engine of development and a source of increasing the competitiveness territories is to ensure sustainable human development territories, which aims to increase and develop human potential and its transformation into human capital. Creating conditions for the realization of human potential determines the strategic success of both the individual territory and the socio-economic growth of the country as a whole. Therefore, the issue of assessing the socio-economic and demographic conditions of human development in the management system of the territory, which needs a scientific solution, is extremely important.
Results of the research: Territorial differentiation of human development is extremely important for Ukraine. The need to assess the socio-economic and demographic conditions of human development in the management system of the territory is outlined. To compare the development of human potential of Vinnytsia region with other territories, a cluster analysis of gross domestic product per capita and human development index The need to assess the determinants and conditions of human development of territories in the management system of territories by selected clusters is proved. The analysis of defining components of development of human potential, in particular reproductive, labor, economic, intellectual, cultural is made. The inability to quantify the rate of change of the analyzed indicators is proved and the need for statistical analysis of the intensity of their development for the effectiveness of economic development of the country is proposed.
Conclusions: According to the results of the analysis of human potential development of the territories of Ukraine, priority directions of human potential development of Vinnytsia region in the management system of the specified territory are developed according to the selected components, namely labor, economic, reproductive, intellectual, cultural, which will overcome spatial asymmetries. human potential. Selected priority areas of human resources development of Vinnytsia region will improve the management of the territory by the state. Further research is to typologize the territories depending on the level of human potential, which will achieve a balanced human potential of the country.
