Every year, we observe a steady increase in the number of companies in the world that publicly highlight the implementation of the principles of corporate social responsibility. Conclusions. Stud ies have shown that the war as a global challenge only strengthened the implementation and spread of CSR strategy implementation by domestic businesses. In the conditions of the decline of the economy, the disruption of logistics chains and the deepening o f the demographic crisis, domestic companies were forced to react and CSR acquired a new meaning. During the war, the social responsibility of business is most often manifested in such areas as sponsorship and charity, creating safe working conditions, hel ping employees in difficult life circumstances, fair
remuneration for work, effective interaction with the central government and the community.
