DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Тask statement. The purpose of the article is to consider modern directions and levers for improving the effectiveness of project management as a factor in ensuring the effectiveness of activities, aimed at obtaining a unique result in conditions of limited resources and the need to achieve quick results in improving various spheres of society and restoring the economy of Ukraine in the post-war perspective. Research results. Directions for improving the efficiency of project management based on the use of modern technologies, tools and means are summarized, taking into account the stage of project implementation, cultural features of the environment and project goals. It was determined that the role of the manager in the project activity is crucial for coordinating the use of available resources and ensuring the cohesion of the project team in achieving a common goal. Theoretical models of project management, which allow choosing the optimal option based on the specifics of the project, are considered. It was found that the role of the project manager changes during the development of the team and during the work on the project. The use of artificial intelligence technologies, which increases the degree of automation of processes, can contribute to increasing the efficiency of the project within the project triad, which allows you to direct the team's efforts to the creative aspects of projects. Conclusion. Understanding the specifics of various directions for improving the efficiency of work on projects allows you to choose the optimal options, taking into account the specifics of the project and the specifics of the project group.
