INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN MODERN ECONOMIC CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article examines what enterprise management is, as well as methods of increasing the efficiency of enterprise activity. An approach to management fficiency is outlined, on the basis of which proposals for evaluating manage-ment efficiency have been developed. It was determined that the management of the enterprise should be sufficiently flexible and operational. In these economic conditions, companies need to take into account all aspects of the organization's activities - the company's business sphere, internal business processes, business partners, customers, shareholders, potential investors, etc., in order to conduct business effectively. Conclusions were made that in modern economic conditions managers of agricultural enterprises do not fully use the assets of modern achievements in the field of management, namely: they do not fully improve the structures of the management apparatus and organizational structure, and irrational use of resources is also observed, which leads to inhibition of innovative processes in the management of agricultural enterprises. It has been proven that the effectiveness of management is the effectiveness of the system and the management pro-cess as an interaction of control and managed systems, which guarantees the achievement of the company's goals; which is determined by the ratio of the effect of making various investments in the enterprise management system with the amount of costs necessary for their implementation. Agricultural management is a special type of management and can be defined as the organization and coordination of production in agrarian and other agricultural enterpris-es with the aim of achieving long-term increase in profits and achieving other specific goals for each business owner or manager.
